Well to begin with, this is one of those company which won't pay you fixed salary and you would get only commissions (big trap, will be stuck in a loop).
Upon asking to let the hiring manager decide my salary after he takes my interview the hr directly declines as if she is the one taking decisions for the company.
I agreed to those terms after thinking a little but then big bomb drops. I will be in training for 3 months wherein I won't be paid a penny.

Two rounds for the interview, first round with hr and the next with senior management. Nothing technical asked just basic questions and they test the willingness to take risk and manage it
