As other reviews related, after being found on CareerBuilder, I was contacted by a Recruiter at TQL HQ. I completed a brief phone interview with the same recruiter a few days later, & then was invited to a face to face interview with her at TQL. The recruiter was extremely nice & informative & invited me to a Final interview (3 hours) with a Hiring Manager & a Sales Leader the following week. I have 10+ years of experience, including only successful interviews within several industries. Nothing prepared me for the attack from the Hiring Manager on my credibility & ability to "be tough enough" to cold call & handle rejection while continuing to call the same people repeatedly despite being told not to by the individual. I left an emotional mess, but with my integrity in tact. I was unsure if I would pursue this job as I felt horrible about what kind of people they wanted to represent this company I had come to hold in such high regard. As long as you are prepared to work long hours & dedicate yourself to your success, then you will be given plenty of opportunity to succeed. Don't let the interview throw you off unless you want a company that doesn't hold you to perfect standards 24/7. I accepted the role & am happy thus far.
