The interview I received was an unstructured panel interview and was very unprofessional. Some of the questions that were asked had nothing to do with the job I was applying for. An example "would your father be disappointed with you if you didn't get this job?" These types of questions pertain nothing to the job and therefore should not be asked during a professional interview. My advice is to pay attention to the questions they ask you and make sure they are legitimate. Don't play their games.
