The interview process started with a phone interview. Pretty straight forward, just getting to know you a little bit and lasted about 10-15 minutes. I was then was asked to come into the office for a face to face interview. This was a little more involved than I was expecting (not difficult just multiple steps). I was given a tour of the office by my recruiter (who was extremely nice and welcoming, as were most of the employees working there). I was then escorted to a computer where I took a test of basic geographic knowledge of the U.S. and of the company itself. I was also given plenty of information about how the pay worked at TQL and listened to actual recordings of employees with the potential customers. which was boring and most were shot down. I think they let you listen to these so that you get used to being shot down on cold calls because that's what every single one was. After the test and company info were given I had to leave a one minute voicemail to the hiring manager describing why I should be hired. When that was completed I went into the one on one interview with my recruiter, this lasted a while (probably 25-30 minutes) and was pretty standard as well. pretty typical interview questions. That completed everything and I went about my day. The process wasn't too bad at all. I almost enjoyed it.
