Backwards! The process they use act as if you have the job already. You conduct a phone interview then proceed to the in person interview with orientation ( one hour) You input information (ex. Ssn, references, etc) and then proceed to the hiring manager interview for them to tell you 24-48 hour response and never hear back from them. Now that I’m looking back I would’ve never entered personal information unless I was accepting the offer. Terrible follow up !
