Once the phone interview is done, you have a face to face interview (I can’t remember how long it lasted). Then after that, there’s a test on the 50 states. The final part is shadowing an established logistics account executive. I was in great standing per the hiring manager. But 2-3 days later I got a text from the recruiter saying they had gone with someone else?? A text? I responded to ask what went wrong and which are I needed to improve, but she said I was great but they went with someone else. The mistake she made was telling me it was a man...I’m a woman. The entire process took about a month which turned out to be a waste of time.
