First step was an phone screen. If you get past that, then you go to a video interview. Before the video interview, you have to take a test and leave a voice mail with the hiring manager on why they should hire you.

Screening call, phone interview and then shadow interview offer. Had to pause because I am moving but appreciated the recruiters time in helping me learn more about the position. If I move calmly I may do the shadowing session to learn more and possibly consider the job.

Smooth interview process, First interview was over the phone, second was in person and also completed a job shadow. Super friendly and welcoming. Very nice work environment. They are in the process of moving to a permanent location but the setup wasn't sloppy or unorganized.
