I had multiple phone contacts, including a screening for basic qualifications, and a followup with more common behavioral questions. Then another meeting was set as an on site interview including some computer testing, geographical questions, time zone familiarity, ability to recall information, and several sample sales calls to observe the job in action. A review of the compensation structure was also done on the computer, and finally, an in person interview with several behavioral questions.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

Entrevista
First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
