Two virtual interviews followed by an in person interview and assessment. Assessments not to difficult and the process moves pretty quickly. In person interview still took place even during COVID, not option to do it virtually.

The Interview process was 3 steps. I did a phone Interview, Skype interview, and an in-office visit. The phone and Skype interview were fairly easy. when I went into the in-office visit I shadowed twp other employees. I then went into a room and did an interview with the general manager. He was a very intense individual. He told me he wanted me to tell him about my self with out using my resume. I was also asked about my college involvement.
