I was contacted by a recruiter who was extremely pleasant via email. We then talked on the phone and she sent me a series of questions to answer. After completing that step, she scheduled a phone interview that included a 5-minute sales pitch.

Had a phone interview and then an in person interview with job shadowing. I applied for a different position than i was interviewed for. They stated the position had been filled and offered me the opportunity to continue the interview for the broker position.
