Gave my resume to a recruiter at a career fair. Was contacted for an interview soon after. Started with a phone interview involving a 3 minute sales pitch for anything you choose. Then an in person interview lasting 5 hours. You first watch a video about the position and the compensation structure. Then a 1 minute sales pitch over the phone to the hiring manager's voicemail. I then sat with a couple of people who are currently doing the job. After about an hour of talking with the line grunts I was interviewed by 2 people from HR. I did not feel like the position would be a good fit for me and I told them so.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
