I was called by the recruiter to schedule a phone interview after being qualified. The phone interview lasted for 30 minutes. Afterwards I took three assessment tests that tested my typing skills, math skills and my knowledge of the 50 US states which was followed by a one on one interview with the recruiter

Pretty simple standard interview. Went over my background, why I wanted a sales job, what did I think about my experiences that make me a good fit for the role etc.

Process was fair, 2 phone interviews and have a live interview scheduled. The first interview was over the phone and the second was via Teams. Dealing with a recruiter as well.
The interview process was really great. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to and got a thorough understanding of the company and the position. I ultimately declined the offer but I would recommend.
