Easy interview, they press some buttons, but they do it to see how you handle yourself. If they don't hire you its because you are not ready to work there or you don't have what it takes, trust me they do you a favor if they don't hire you, because otherwise you'll get fired eventually. Unless you can pay them 35,000 back within the first 6 months of sales, or literally make yourself noticed by having more than 800 calls a week (given the minimum is 500) and a bunch of other things you learn real quick.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
