Was kind of weird because there was 2 people. 1 did all of the talking, and the other stayed quiet and didn't seem too interested, or involved. In fact he just seemed like he was burned out and tired of working in field service. He never asked any questions at all. His boss on the other hand was friendly and very knowledgable. It seems like even though he is the upper level management, he would be running the show. When asked what his management style was, he said he was hands off. Turned out that he was a micromanager, to the fullest extent.

What would you do, if you could not make it to a customer site, on time?
I was initially contacted by a third party recruiter. The company caught my attention. The position, pay and benefits seem to be a good fit for me.
Until my then-present company promoted me and gave me a pay raise.
A week later, I had a face to face interview with the hiring managers. I wanted to hear what they can offer me as I could have brought a lot to the table. The couldn't as I had disclosed my recent promotion and pay raise. It seemed to all of us that the position would have been a step back for me.

Entrevista
I got a call from a recruiter and went through the process of reviewing my resume, ect. He then directed me to meet up with two people from Tosoh who interviewed me in a hotel lobby. The were very professional and great to talk to. I knew right away this is where I wanted to work.
