I’ve been working retail for four years and i have always wanted to work in luxury. My process was a bit different but i originally applied in August of 2017 because i assumed i would not be returning to Sacramento for school, so i thought i was moving back home. They called me for an interview but i learned i would be returning to school, i got so busy i wasn’t able to call back and decline. Almost a year later i decided to not pursue school and move back home. I was looking for a high paying job and that’s when Tory called me and said they still had my application from the previous year and they still wanted to see if i was interested. I gave in and showed up for the group interview. It was me and two other girls and we all got along, and talked before the interview. The first part went very well, Karen loved us for different reasons! I had the most customer service experience, the other girl was very fashion forward and knew a lot more about styles. The other lady was very cute and shy, but she was very friendly and she spoke different languages. They asked us to stay until 4 for the second part with the GM and we all agreed. An hour later Colleen interviewed us and she loved us for the same reasons Karen did! It seemed like i stood out the most and for a second i thought she wasn’t going to hire the other two but we’ll have to see. We all signed the background check forms and i was the last one left to stay and she offered me a good hourly and i found out we get free clothes? AWESOME! I’m so happy! The staff seem really friendly.
