Interview was scheduled over the phone and I appreciate them for allotting me the time I was comfortable with for the f2f interview. I was well received and soon enough there was a technical round based on live business scenarios to test logic implementation. Then I met with IT Head of the company. I got a pretty decent overview of the company's vision, processes and expectations of me. It is a transparent process with healthy work culture. Definitely a Pro!
