I was called in for an interview through phone call.
Walking in, I let to person at the register know I was there for an interview, I waited next to the register until the store manage came out to greet me.
I was interviewed by the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager in the back of the store.

Short and easy. asked basic questions and had me pick out an outfit id chose for someone going to a concert. they confirmed things from my application and my availability.

Easy and friendly staff. Asks about knowledge of latest styles and wardrobe must haves. Has you put an outfit together after giving a few clues, like a customer would. Gives a rundown of the store and backroom, and where things can be found.
