Interviewer was from an external recruitment agency - of which the first 2 rounds were conducted by them. The final stage is with the Torch Partners team. First interview is basic fit questions and the second interview is a bit more technical however nothing challenging if you are well prepared.

An external agency managed the interview process, comprising of several stages following a CV, cover letter and test. This involved a first round telephone interview, a second round video interview followed by an assessment centre. Overall, the process was efficient and well organised.
