For a company who is in recruiting business, their hiring process is extremely bad. At first their HR described the interview that there will be 5 calls, which is a little too much in my opinion(I will tell you why in the next lines), but it is a company policy. They are using some software to record your conversation and apparently they use the transcript, because they stated they don't want to ask you the same questions. I was really annoyed when at every interview level they asked the same questions. Talk about irony. Their director couldn't even use the software they advised to be used and suggested to be recorded instead via Zoom, which is again privacy thing and no one sees the recording, apparently. I read a lot of bad comments here in Glassdoor about this company, but the working remote culture seems to be a nice fit with my ambition. In general, it seems to be overworking overstressed environment where people don't know what they are doing and have toxic culture, most of the questions were not related to experience, but how would you deal with bad people, which I guess they have plenty of.  My suggestions is to walk away from this company and don't waste your valuable time having pointless interviews with them. Trust the bad rating and be sceptical when you read positive things about this company.

1st interview, just screening to make sure you can communicate well. Moved forward to take an online test. Interviewer was friendly and clearly a consultant herself. Just a 10 min chat.
