It starts with a video meeting. This a relaxed chat where the recruiter told a bit about the company and asked about experience and skills. But then you have to do an online test. In this test you get relatively small and simple programming challenges. But you have to do these insanely quickly. It something like writing 3 small programs in less than an hour. In finished 2 programs perfectly, but I cracked under the time pressure, my mind went completely blank and I could not finish the third program. This was one of the most horrible experiences I ever had. They asked me to try again, but no thanks.
