I applied for oxford circus store. Very easy interview. Group session and then 1 on 1 interview. In the group section, they took you to shop floor and gave you cards where you had to find an outfit depening on the budget and requirements of the customer.

Easy... just asked about experience and how to service a customer. Asks for you availability and when you can start. Personal interview then group interview then usually hire on the spot after that
