I was contacted by purchasing manager of Toppits, who was looking for the person for her role while she will be on maternity leave.
First interview was with her, Purchasing Director, and one of buyers of the company. They were very open and friendly, and I liked atmosphere.
The next interview was with Buyer, Business Analyst, Financial Director and Owner, I was interviewed one by one, so the last time I was answering the question "tell me about yourself", I was telling just by heart (so better, if the interview is with all this people together, then 1 by 1).
Last part of hiring process was test. And it was real surprise. Often on a test (if you are not programmer) you are supposed to do smth small (2-3 hours as maximum) in order to check the logic, while here they just gave big part of their own documents and work, and I was asked to do monthly forecast for 30 items for 1 year, and then purchasing plan for 1 year for this items. I was sitting there for 6 hours, and still was not ready with all the results. I have to mention I was not prepared for such long test, and all this time was hungry as a wolf. During all these hours nobody even asked me if I want some water or coffee, and that was really strange for me.
