A group interview with a pool of other applicants; team building activities and group based prompts constituted a majority of the interview. Being social and energetic helped greatly during the interview.

It was a group of about 30-40 people all applying for various roles. We played lots of games in a casual and team setting, then had about a 2-minute "real" interview with questions.
