Its basically like a party with questions. You will first go into a room with music and dance/meet new people, then they will break you up into groups. Durning the breakout sessions you will do different activities such as planning a hypothetical event, playing topgolf (you don't have to be good, just willing to try) and then answering interview questions.

Interview process consisted of icebreakers, with a short personality interview and scheduling interview. Anyone who needed experience for their job was set aside at the end for additional questioning, no proper resume needed.

Easy and laid back, they made sure it was a stress free environment. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They eased my nerves with the group interview. Especially loved the playing golf aspect, created a very welcoming atmosphere
It was a very fun and engaging process; they really hire based on personality, not experience. Don't be worried or feel like you need to be prepared; just be yourself.
