If you are over age 25 don't bother applying. One girl said they had a recruiting event at her high school! I'm in my late 30's with over 15 years customer service experience and did not get in. They only want kids too stupid to realize what a real job interview is supposed to be. Spent the first hour kicking inflatable dice around, then did a team building exercise, then two 30 second interviews and a 90 second tell me about yourself interview.
They used to do group interviews, that was my experience. One-on-one interviews are more common now. Interviews are done on site in the venue. It's very casual and calm. For the group interviews, they just want to see how you interact with other people.

interview process is so fun! of course people are tensed up and have anxiety about the job, but we danced, and released all that tension. It was a team effort, and you’re interviewed in a group.
