Entrevista
There was about 30-40 applicants for all different positions along with 20 experienced topgolf employees, a DJ playing music and we were asked to square dance while apparently being evaluated. We were put into groups and asked to create an event for families to attend.
The actual interview consisted of 4 different tables with multiple managers at each and spent 30-90 seconds at each table totaling about 3 minutes of total interview time.
I believe the involvement in the waiting area is the key but the entire thing was ridiculous and doesn't represent my experience as a customer of Topgolf. I see no point in the whole charade!

At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.

Interview was a group activity that lasted 2 hours just to be told they don’t intend on offering me a server job and offering a lower paying bussing job instead.
