Applied online through the TopSpot website, received email back in minutes to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter called right on time, and asked pretty typical questions about my experience and my interest in the company. We then scheduled an in person interview for the next week. The in-person interview was also very standard, with the recruiter from the phone and one other interviewer asking about my resume and experience. Later that week I received an automated message saying I was not chosen for the position.

Applied and was contacted to interview a couple days later. Had a phone interview and then set up an in person interview for two weeks after that and got an offer a couple weeks later.
