First round, met HR manager. He asked some basic information after I finished the application form, the process took around 30min. Second round, met the VP and just asked about previous experience and some scenario questions, easy and friendly.

HR consultants contacted and initiated the process, HR will screen through the resume and see if you are working in any competitors currently, run through 5 times of interviews (w/HR, direct supervisor/manager, panel interviews with group of related departments, MD and VC). The whole process would take up to 2 months.
