Was interviewed to by location shop manager then regional manager. Professional and quick reply to my application. Didn't have to wait long for a response after the interview either for an offer ;)

What was a time in your life you faced a challenge, and how did you overcome this challenge?
Not bad, I think they rushed mine to just get someone with a pulse. It was an initial phone call screening and then a Zoom call. Probably around 10 questions asked of me total, all behavioral.
Applied online, scheduled a call to talk about the role, met with a few different people on a Zoom Interviews, and scheduled and in person, saw the place I’d work at, and had a follow up.
