Round 1: Aptitude and Technical test
The technical test is descriptive in nature and questions asked are to judge your basic knowledge about computers and its functions. An email writing is question is a must.
Round 2 : Technical Interview
It is held F2F with a manager or a senior manager and regular questions like your introduction, your aim and why you are interested in joining the company are asked.
Round 3 : Personal Interview
It is held by a senior level person from HQ i.e. in Amsterdam via web conferencing. Your fluency and understanding of English is checked in this interview.
The overall process is quite easy if you are fluent in English and have basic knowledge of computers.
