First had a first informal contact from the recruter which explain in detail the specificities of the project to work on.
Then get introduced to the team manager with a in-deth discussion on motivation to enter in their team, the skills and the type of profile they were looking for.
Afterward, got some online technical tests and another meeting with the full team.
Overall process is very good and professional.

There were 4 different stages of interviews that had the same purpose. I guess they then sum the results and divide by 4. I don't think they would do it if they trusted their employees
