It was an interview from three sections. I had a call with the HR and the Talent recruiter, then with the Game producers and after that I got an offer.

The process was quite familiar to me, as the this type of process has been the same in the past: - Interview with the internal recruiter, short, formal, straight to the point. - Followed by a call with one of their producers and their animator where we talked about my background, how I work, my knowledge base in VFX and animation. A bit more loose conversation, few jokes here and there. - After that, a test task, followed by weeks of waiting and tension building. - Then tech review with their two producers and animator, where we reviewed my work and talked more about me. Again, more formal. - Aaand then the final call where HR manager made me an offer. Tensions were gone and everyone on the call was smiling. So in the end, all worked out great.
