long timeline long process and really negative experience. first i had a virtual interview with an AI then they quickly reach out to me on handshake saying im forwarded to the next step, which is a take home assessment to help them build a concrete financial model and made a video to present. i submitted and followed up multiple times but they never reply. I mean, for the sake of my 2 days efforts you should at least give me a result, right? then, after a month, they reach out to me and scheduled a last round interview which was RIDICULOUS. They cared nothing about you, they only needed you to explain your model and repeatedly urgently asked what is your recommendation, then they gave me another assessment requiring me to immediately give them my recommendation for their company's financial health. what the heck? everything in their company is hilarious and i dont feel like i was being respected. Everything is a scam, the post is a bait, they only want your effort without paying anything, Super sarcastic that it's also an unpaid job. Dont ever apply to this company.
