Entrevista
The hiring process was quick and straight forward. First a call with HR, second technical phone screening and third 5 round onsite interview. Everything took less a week and I got the feedback literally on the same day. The interview questions covered all aspects of the software development lifecycle. From requirement gathering, planning, implementation and deployment. Interview was also focused on understanding the candidates thought process and approach rather than measuring his/her expertise on a particular programming language.
