      Entrevista

      Contacted for a phone screen and then moved on for a video zoom interview. Both people I spoke with were very cold and basic 'tell me about a time when' questions. Both interviews didn't have much feeling or personality and I was feeling like they didn't even really want speak with me. In between questions it was an awkward head nod and quiet 'thank you for your answer'. Zero emotion or even slight smile. At the end I asked if there was anything about my experience or this interview that would result in not moving forward and both said it was great (with no feeling). Then I get a rejection email that is addressed to someone else's name... I emailed back to confirm it was meant for me and got a response that there was 'a glitch in the system'... Zero apologies or accountability that they just didn't re-read the template before hitting send. Overall, it was a bummer to have such a poor experience with a company I was really interested in. They didn't make an effort to make me feel welcome, included or even like they cared at all to interview me. I knew from the first call that this company culture wasn't for me.
