Had an interview about a month after I applied. Talked to the recruiter (who was not very personable) who asked typical questions. Her responses were very robotic like it was from a script. Speaking of robotic, I had to reschedule with her ( I mean her calendar) 3 times before she sent out a generic message confirming my interview. I could tell she did not want to get to know me nor have a meeting with me. She said she would follow-up next week and never heard back from her. I still like the company and what their values are, but keep candidates in the loop (even if they are not in the running). Also, do not say things and not follow through especially working in Human Resources. In order to find great talent, you have to appreciate all talent.
