I applied online and received interview notification three days after my application. It was a phone interview and was scheduled using an online calendar system. Got confirmation quickly. Received the call on time. The interview took about 20 minutes. The recruiter seemed to be reading through the question list and was just recording.

First I passed phone interview, then they sent me a homework and asked me to spend a whole week to finish. I felt that they used candidates to solve their real problems.
