First Call with the recruiter - Went smoothly. She explained the role, responsibilities and the requirements. Hiring Manager - 45 mins Zoom call. She asked me about my previous experience in each situation such as market entry, competitor analysis. explained everything very well in details. After this it took one week for them to give me an update. when i asked for feedback they were giving me very conflicting feedback. the recruiter told me they were look for someone who has lead a team independently. but this was not stated in the role and responsibilities nor was it asked in any stage of the interview process. if they have asked i would have shared my experiences. Overall i had a very bad experience. it was as if they had a candidate and they just kept the interview for namesake or to show the management they had kept interviews. so unprofessional. As a candidate i am investing my team and going through the process hoping for a real unbiased interview.
