Recruiter conversation -> High level director of eng -> technical screen -> higher-level technical interview -> ghosted. The team I spoke to seemed pretty genuine and intelligent, the questions were fair and well-thought out. But after multiple ignored follow-ups to the recruiter and another employee, I suppose they passed on me. Weird way to treat a candidate.
