Interviewing ROL clearly was hard pressed on understanding the position they were hiring for. It was stated multiple times how the Company comes first and work life last. Interview did nothing to sell the company to the prospect employee and only truely discussed the accomplishments of the interviewers. Interviews are two way streets.
