Since the person who works at HR was on vacation(they mentioned in email), I started the interview process by first talking to the engineering manager. It was very positive and they emailed about he really enjoyed our meeting, I passed that technical part. A few days later HR set a meeting. The HR woman asked a few very simple questions like where would you like to live if you relocate here, kind of questions that doesnt even require taking notes, which she didn't. That meeting passed about 5 minutes in a positive way as well. After a few minutes end of the meeting, I recived another email from her about asking my age which I am 27 years old. A few days later they replied with negative email about the process. I think they found me "old" for a mid-level software engineering position.
