This position that I applied for was completed online. They contacted me by phone to set up a interview. The interview took approximately 1-1/2 hours. I was interviewed by 2 library personnel and they asked questions that involved scenarios and what would I do in those situation. They also told me what the job duties were for this position. These 2 employees were nice, polite while being aloof.
