I had a positive experience interviewing for a Senior Software Engineer role at Tipico. The process was straightforward, well-structured, and ran smoothly. It started with an initial conversation that covered administrative topics and behavioral questions, and also gave me a good sense of the company culture. This was followed by two technical rounds that felt fair, relevant, and manageable. Both the interviewer and the shadow interviewer were friendly and supportive, which helped reduce stress and made the discussions more productive. Overall, the process left me with the impression that Tipico is thoughtful, well-organized, and clear about what they’re looking for. The communication and next steps were clear throughout.
