It took 2 weeks to share offer letter. Without HR Round.
Offered what was asked during initial 1 level of discussion.
But smartly increased the variable part.. Worse salary breakup.. None of MNC Or Start up does same..
Wasted all serious effort.
Once discussed with hr for expected ..
No answering..
Crap and lol HR.. NO GUTS.. To answer even.. Wanna buy gold at coal price.. Impractical...
