The first interview will be held at the office where you will meet with roughly three of the employees. Know the bond market and all of the information about the company and the managing director. If they like you, you will be called back for a second interview and asked about more information regarding whatever you talked about in the previous interview. I would assume there would be one more interview where they would probably offer you the internship.
