It was based on my resume and experiences. The interview questions were targeted on how I managed my team, my day-to-day work, my expectations of the company, how I can contribute to the organization, and why I applied there. In the end, I was told that I did not get the job due to lack of experience despite completing 4 interviews. I should not have made it past the initial interview if they were looking for an experienced candidate.

Total of 4 different interviews to check culture alignment and job skill match. Expectations were properly set for each phase of the interview and immediate feedback were given at the end of each hence it was also a learning experience for me. Great overall experience.
They arranged 3 rounds in one day and suddenly canceled two 1 hour in advance. The 1st interviewer was biased and her questions were not contributive in terms of working scope.
The whole interview process was really fast. Within 2 weeks time, I have gone through 3 rounds of interview including phone interview with recruiter and received my offer. The interviewers are nice.
