I was contacted by several recruiters for a couple of roles. For one role, I spoke with the recruiter and had a first round interview with the manager, after which I was ghosted (no rejection or acceptance email). For the other role, two different recruiters contacted me several months apart, and I was ghosted by the second recruiter after being told that I should expect a first round interview the following week.
The company seems like a mess. I would be very cautious about joining if this is the state of their hiring process.

They arranged 3 rounds of interviews with all team members, not the hiring manager. I felt like it was not the typical process because one of them said they were changing the direction of this role.

A really technical case and how to solve the pain point.
There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..
