D'abord entretien téléphonique en anglais avec le global HR, ensuite entretien visio avec le team leader en France. 1 mois après, je reçois un mail automatique de refus pour m'informer que ma candidature n'a pas été retenue
4 rounds of interviews, if u know Chinese is an advantage and one of the interview round will conduct in Chinese Mandarin to test your Mandarin. But if u dont, that's ok too.

The interview process was ok, it seems like they wanted me to join, but after the last hr interview, they started saying they are still thinly about the open positions and need more time to think. Until today I didn’t get a “no” but didn’t also get a “yes”. They just rather to keep it open in case something will suite later. If I wouldn’t have asked, I guess I wouldn’t even got the response I mentioned, they kind of disappeared. Reading everything here about them, it’s not very surprising . Interview process: 1. Basic recruiting interview 2. Team lead interview 3. Analytical assignment on Google sheet- basic optimisation questions. Very basic 4. Department lead interview 5. HRBP interview
