I was asked to prepare a huge case study for the interview and put together a presentation before the interview. I was asked to send the documents I wanted to use for the interview 24 hours before. I followed the process. On the day of the interview, the panel wasn't prepared and when I asked if they have gone through the case study, they confirmed they didn't. It felt like they didn't value the time I spent in preparing for the interview.
