Entrevista
A 10-15 minute phone call (mine went 25 minutes) to discuss background and knowledge. I Skipped next interview but that was supposed to be 30 minutes discussing technical expertise more in depth (what languages I knew, etc). Then there was a technical phone interview--which I thought went well, however I was told there were other applicants with more experience and I didn't make it to the in-person technical interview, which was the last step.
